this depends on bocchama's personality but you can try tossing 3-4 treats at him, and in the middle toss the medicine so he'll catch and swallow it bc he'll be in a hurry to catch the next one.

literally one of the most frustrating things bc there is honestly so much potential for a city-based pokemon game based around challenging underground battling rings without even taking elements from X/Y

i swear gamefreak found a way to mine bitcoin in the background bc there is no way the 3DS has more power to have an entire open world, 3D windows with modeled balconies, and buildings you can go inside of... and the switch doesn't and yet they're charging 500+ dollars for it
