At #AWIDForum2024, The Gender Beat hosted a listening circle to learn more about feminist tech; we ran media clinics for other journalists and communicators at the forum; and we connected and shared experiences with the newly-created Feminist Journalist Network

It was fantastic to attend the #AWIDForum2024 as writers and editors, who’ve worked in legacy newsrooms and nonprofit media in the northern and southern hemisphere - and who train on gender-sensitivity, report on or commission stories about issues that affect women & gender minorities.
