I had anxiety of being alone in a big city. I travelled alone on a train for a total of 6days on Via rail. And in a big city of Vancouver Bc all alone. I faced my fears. I was on high alert due to my mild ptsd symptoms but I over came it. I had nothing but faith in my higher power, my creator.
