That was the DOJ and Garland moving at a snail's pace. Biden didn't politicize the DOJ, unlike some others. He shook Trump's hand because he is a decent human being and not an a$$hole. Whatever we think or have theorized, Trump won the election and Biden did a peaceful transfer of power.

I guess it's always important to blame someone else for what is happening in and to the country, rather than the person responsible for destroying our democracy. What could/should Biden have done to stop what some Americans voted for? Refuse to leave office and get Dems to storm the Capitol?
