Orlo. What can comms teams do in the wake of Netflix's 'Adolescence'? Collaborate Authentically. Engage with young people in places they feel comfortable and partner with young content creators. Facilitate Critical Thinking. Gently challenge young people to question what they see online and encourage them to reset their algorithms. Be Empathetic. Acknowledge the challenges that come with being a teenager and avoid adding to their worries and fears.
