Received a letter from my consultant to my GP explaining my treatment plan going forward. It began with “the young lady” and now my consultant is my favourite person 😂 I’m 35 in a few weeks, for context.

So I use Visible to help me with pacing for #mecfs and yesterday I accidentally used 40 pacepoints instead of my allocated 10 (oops). Today I’ve taken it really easy so that I don’t continue to push myself and risk a crash… so why do I feel so guilty that I’ve “wasted a day??” Silly brain nonsense.

Do we hashtag here? Any #Scottish people want to weigh in on what they think the meaning of “toerag” is? I’ve always used it and heard it used as a synonym for “scamp” - like a cheeky, naughty person. But when I look it up the meaning is apparently “someone worthless and contemptible.” 🤔
