More snow last night! We are due for more tonight! This makes me so happy. With the freezer we had, we may have a good insect kill off! My fingers are crossed.

I am devastated, and my heart is broken. My Rascal baby crossed over this afternoon. He was 15 1/2 years old. I am missing my snuggle bug so much already.

I was very productive today. I got broth canned (pressure) and apple butter done (boiling bath) plus horse blankets changed and washed (hanging to dry), stalls cleans, water buckets done, shopping done, and made dinner. I am exhausted, but I feel good.

I did two turkeys today. I needed to get them out of the freezer, and I have an old cat who really needs the food. He went nuts over the turkey. I never saw him act like that. Rascal is 15 yrs old. He gets whatever he wants!! So we had TG a day late. It was good. Letting it settle for pumpkin pie.

Work weekend at home. Regravelled the horse stalls, repaired hotwire around pasture, replaced a post, cut tree out of hotwire, put up temp gate, wash my land bridge, and reset hot wire. The horses go on new pasture tomorrow. I am wet and cold. It's time for clean sheets on the bed.
