for context one is taking glp-1 and the other has no food issues to my knowledge they’re just busy/stressed and stuff. i’d tell them how i feel but ik i’m being irrational. they’re not doing it on purpose

basically aversion therapy but what you do is while you are taking a bite out of a binge-worthy food while smelling the salts you can possibly develop an aversion to that food. could be self-fulfilling prophecy but idk it’s been working for me
