The NFL doesn’t make it easy for teams needing to decide on both a GM and HC because they allow HC interviews to happen before GM interviews. The logical process is to hire the GM first.

Jalen Wright looks better. That’s a positive sign going forward. This team needs as many young players as possible to step up.

Rams were 5-12 then had a winning record ever since. In fact they’ve matched the Bills playoff wins. Beam’s definition of a collapse is vastly different than most.

Maybe they’re referring to the emotional injuries this season has inflicted on the fan base. I have scars that will never heal though

Ross does this every regime. He fires one person, keeps others and forces the next hire to deal with the stuff from the old regime. This is why no respectable GM or HC goes to work for the Dolphins.
