I’m usually with you, but calling that a policy document is extremely generous. 1/3 of it was about stuff the Biden admin already did, 1/3 was graphs, and the margins were so big they could only fit 2 paragraphs per page. It existed so she could say she released a policy document.

Wow, could it be that there is a slight negative relationship between social media following and electoral performance because congressional districts contain a finite number of people???
