My quoted thread is not (like people constantly mis-assume) *supporting* the creation of sexual art of children. It’s just saying that censorship both will not prevent it, will not support survivors or prevent actual crime, and cannot safely be done without collateral damage to marginalized people.

Censoring, and especially making noncon/underage art illegal also literally endangers victims.
When antis report artwork, where no real person is experiencing trauma, it clogs moderation teams.
NCMEC and other orgs don’t care about art. It doesn’t identify real kids. It doesn’t stop predators.
