Oh, one last thing. I've found a good rule of thumb is that if regular enemies are not dying in one or two hits (or they are one and two-shotting you) you are probably underleveled for the area, so don't be afraid to back off and gain some levels or adjust your build. Take your time. :)

Side quests in Soulsbourne games can be obtuse, but if an NPC says "I'm heading to X place" try heading there and see if they are there. If they aren't there sometimes you need to leave and come back (just fast travel somewhere else and then immediately go back).

Not an expert myself (but I have beaten Bloodborne) and honestly just explore around. The game directs you towards the first story boss immediately but honestly you don't have to worry about him until you're at least level 20+ (I think I was around 25)

Bigger screen, backwards compatibility, and controllers that don't have a drift problem are the top three things I want

I would recommend Fields of Mistria, Sun Haven, Dinkum (Stardew Valley in Australia) Coral Island, and Immortal Life (Chinese sim with farming, fishing, combat, cooking, and developing a cultivation sect).
