Any reason why Meta/Zuck has to put gender identity and gender back to back like this? Facebook is already a pool of transphobic slop. They haven’t even enforced their policy on this in years, so I don’t see how it could get any worse.

The Blue line was when Woodrow Wilson started his first term and finally started the process of reducing our reliance on tariffs and implementing the income tax. The Red line is when Hoover signs the Smoot-Hawley Tariff which most economics then and now say helped cause the Great Depression

I need to look at more data on overall turnout for young voters, as most of what I’ve seen only confirms my suspicions that youth turnout was down tremendously. That said, taking the medias narrative at face value, this is an interesting contrast for young voters in GA to be leaning more democratic.

1. Helpful visual below, only Israeli Jewish citizens are allowed freedom of movement, right of return, etc. The settlers you don’t have respect for have the complete backing and support of the Israeli government.
2. There were also black federal judges appointed when Jim Crow existed in the USA.

Here’s Miami-Dade County over the years. The strange lesson from 2020-2024 is that Rs only gained 30k new voters while Dems lost over 120k voters. Not a lot of dispersal to 3rd parties. It’s an ultimate display of the political shift going on: R voters are the only ones motivated to show up.
