Banana leaves! I found some at a local Mexican market. Possible to find bamboo leaves at an Asian market but I was super pressed for time so I couldnt travel all over the city lol

It's on the sweeter side! It's soft but more on the crumbly side. So like a shortbread? Would absolutely make it again. And it's pretty easy! It was harder to find the leaves looool
