Sorry to hear that it happened. It's pretty bad here in my area of Ottawa. There are so many repeat offenders. People even know who some of the offenders are and the cops still won't do anything.

Here in Ottawa there is a Dalhousie Street and it is pronounced by locals as "Dal -hoosey". It hurts my brain every time I hear it.
