Really enjoying Pluribus (Apple TV+).

That is all.

Snape Snaped! 😭
So I did the deed and killed a main character, someone who’s been with the Wrecking Squad since Bk1. It hurts when you have been on such a journey, almost 465k words together. We’ve fought and laughed together, cried and died as one. I feel rotten. Someone had better read it! #scifi #scifibooks 💙📚

After being a Finalist in the Self Publishing Science Fiction Competition 4 (look it up!), I'm taking a turn at being a judge for SPSFC 5.

But, they're looking for more judges. That could mean you! Details at the link below, and please spread the word!

Nick, digging up the gems, when he’s the treasure. Thanks, Nick!
You can find my opinions on some #indieauthor hidden gems in the blog post below. Diamonds in both #scifi and #fantasybooks that I think are well worth your time away from traditionally published books. #booksky 💙📚

It's out! Boundary Shock Quarterly #32. This is a Zeros and Ones issue—I have a fun short in it called "The Fly Catches the Spyder." Set just before the events in Accidental Intelligence, it follows one Nikolai Anokhin, a Russian criminal with Mason Truman in his sights.

We were treated to an awesome double rainbow yesterday. It was far more stunning to the naked eye.

This is on my TBR! And check out this killer trailer, done without any genAI. 🫶

@airbusch1.bsky.social is so cool, it kind of hurts sometimes.
Project Übermensch takes place present day, but is based in the creepy urban legend of The Philadelphia Experiment in 1943, and the conspiracy theory of The Montauk Project in the 70s, both events considered to be related… and how one man's life is forever changed. $2.99

Go! Go! Roddy Ho!
New ep dropped: @geektells.bsky.social and @jgamet.bsky.social do their best to stay on topic and talk about the new Slow Horses season on Apple TV+. Jeff is planning on going to the Colorado Pen Show, too, so Bryan has some first-time attendee tips for him.

I have Beachfront Bargain Hunt on in the background while I do a little work. I don't actually like the show, but it works as background for me.

I mention this because my recurring thought while it's on is, "I wonder if that house has been destroyed by the sea since they filmed?"

Oooohhh! I have a short story in this! Get it!
BSQ032. Zeros and Ones.

Just pushed the publish button, so you'll see it everywhere in a couple of days.

I love this sketch of the Ceres Station authors responsible for this anthology. 👇

The Kickstarter is drawing to a close, and it’s the only way to get a hardback!

A new book from Lonnie?! Count me in. 🙌
They’ve only visited her in dreams… until now.

Very excited to announce the release of ASSIMILATION in October 2025! More coming soon!

Hey, SciFi authors, here's your chance to step up and help judge a contest! #scifi #writers
With the fifth Self-Published Science Fiction Competition (SPSFC) taking book entries next month, we're looking for a few good volunteers to join us as judges:

Jeepers christy, this is astounding. More than 850 books in one series moved!? Indie aspirational and inspirational.
With a bookbub deal and a 0.99 price tag I persuaded 500 readers to take a chance on A Dragon of the Veil, and sold 250 A Queen In Blood in less than a week after release. Bk2 is not far behind. Feels good so many took the chance on my fantasy series with a twist. Thank you, #booksky #fantasy 💙⚔️🐉📚

Yeah, this is pretty cool. Since last night, different HomePods on vacant floors have started playing music. On their own. Two different HomePods. I was alone, and on different floors every time. Yeah, definitely cool. 😒

Support indie SciFi! The hardback is a Kickstarter exclusive. 🙌
We may have reached our goal, but the Kickstarter is still live for a couple more weeks. If you still want to support, or even purchase a tier for an ebook, paperback, or hardcover - now is your chance!
