Curious how y'all interpret this. Is it saying that a pharmacist can give the COVID vaccines under their own NPI (that we all had to get to be able to prescribe Paxlovid) or is it saying to "prescribe" it under the doctor with whom we have a collaborative practice agreement for all other vaccines?

Does this Rx make sense? Like, vanco doesn't have significant oral absorption so this chronic mras would have to be in the gut? But, can you have mrsa in the gut? This patient has been getting this since at least April 🤷

I have a kinda weird question for @ryanmarino.bsky.social or any other toxicologists. Apparently over on Threads someone is saying the guy that stabbed 11ppl in Michigan developed paranoid schizophrenia from smoking pot laced with dxm (one time) in HS. That... doesn't seem possible, right?!
