When Tolkien was 19, he traveled in Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland, which became the inspiration for Rivendell.
I kept that close in mind while creating my design for “The Last Homely House,” to make Rivendell feel like a refuge at the edge of the wild. See more:

Working on our updated (double !) booth display for NYCC when I realized that my mockup model just happened to be build at classic action-figure scale.

Naturally Boba Fett and Storm Shadow had thoughts, though the dinosaur was less helpful.

Come see the results in booth 1570 ! #nycc #nycc2025

Curious how how window clings work? One fan just shared a lovely video showing just how easy it is to add a touch of Middle-earth to your library (or any other room).

Thanks Courtney!

An incredible example of what’s possible with our clings - two of our large 16x24 panels, framed by the Shire Flowers pattern film and finished with the Ring Around the Rosie corners give this room a warm, Hobbiton glow.

One of my favorite fan photos yet!

It’s always a fun moment to turn the lights on first thing in the morning at a show and to start sharing our art with all the attendees. I can’t believe DragonCon is already halfway over! Come see us in booth 1616

Friends! Lend me your brains!

I'm updating some booth signage and need your help. As we're expanding our products, I want a way to quickly and clearly show what we're offering and what each item costs.

What do you think? Does this make things obvious enough? If not, what tweaks does it need?

More photos have been coming in from SDCC l and I'm incredibly proud for the part we were able to plan in bringing the magic of Middle-earth to ComicCon! Thanks to @middle-earthents.bsky.social for including our stained glass art in this amazing project!

I'm super proud of the new booth that we designed and fabricated over the past months then debuted at Gen Con last weekend! Coming soon to DragonCon in Atlanta, then NYCC!

Each day at Gen Con we had a special "Blessing of the Dice" service, calling on the mercies of St. Draconis to assist with the dice rolls of the faithful. One of our adherents - www.instagram.com/kikimariot/ - shot and edited an incredible video, showing a sneak peek at this secret ritual.

One of our most popular designs just got bigger! After many requests, we're testing out a *double-sized* 16"x24" option for our "Beauty and the Beast" Rose design - but in limited quantities.

And the second does a great job of highlighting the dimensional printing that's unique to our DynamiCling process, and one of the details that really makes these look like original glass.

I absolutely *love* these photos that were recently posted by a fan!

The first shows off that our clings are so vibrant they even Aragorn and Galdalf are enraptured from the next room.

FSM update #6
There are several ways to assemble traditional stained glass panels: here we’re using H-shaped lead came between each piece to connect all of the individual pieces and to create the structure of the panel.
April 1, 2025 at 7:01 PM
FSM process: Glass painting! Using many of the same processes from centuries ago, pieces are washed with color which is then lightly brushed away before being fired to 1300 degrees in a kiln. This heat permanently binds the pigment to the glass, just like classic cathedral windows.
March 5, 2025 at 2:34 PM
One of the unique joys of working with glass is seeing the transformation when it is illuminated. A lightbox view like this will show the details of the glass, but only natural light reveals the textures and movement within each piece, and the way that changes throughout the day.
February 28, 2025 at 7:01 PM
Every glass piece has it's own unique whirls and swirls, which are fun to work with. Here's a little bit of a closeup, showing how I lay out pattern pieces to achieve the movement that I want (in this case, in the fabric of the supplicant's robes) while also making a good use of the glass sheet.
February 27, 2025 at 6:55 PM
The next pics show the final glass pattern and the beginning of the glass cutting process. These noodle-y shapes are tricky to cut!
February 26, 2025 at 3:43 PM
FSM update #2
In the review with the client, we decided that the initial composition on the left put too much emphasis on the supplicant rather than the majesty of the FSM. So we shrank the figure and modified our colors for a more hierarchical design.
