Hands down Oni. I put so many hours into this despite it being one of the unfortunate, and dreaded, blue back discs.
Such an amazing game. And it scratched an itch for a GitS-esque game before there were any. Mechanically it's also so much cleaner than modern games trying to do the same thing.
