I understand perfectly, finally good luck in the game with Crossworlds, I played the Open Network and I really liked it, I know that you will have a lot of fun with the game and also good luck in the development of the recomp, I hope everything is right.

These impatient people have to understand that programming and development really takes time and especially requires a good amount of time for it to be 100% right, I hope this leak doesn't tarnish the port's name in the community.

Very good.

But a donation would not be considered profit and would not cause Sega to go to court over it.

It's going to be like Unleashed Recomp, it's going to come out with fixes.

I already knew that it wouldn't be compatible because the P-06 uses a different engine.
July 24, 2025 at 1:32 PM
The most that can happen is modders adapting P-06 resources to the recompiled one with mods, but because of using different engines, the recompiled one will not have 100% support for the P-06.

Sonic P-06 uses a different engine than the original game, and therefore it is not compatible with the recompiled version. The recompiled version uses the original game's engine, while P-06 uses Unity as its engine.

Since Sonic 06 doesn't use the hedgehog engine, are you creating a mod manager for the game yourself?

It's getting really good, really good, congratulations.

Do you have a Patreon or other open platform that allows fans to donate to support mods? Donating doesn't violate copyright, as it's a donation and not a profit from the project. I would recommend opening a Patreon to allow fans who want to contribute to the project to donate.
July 24, 2025 at 1:20 PM
But I recommend when it's already advanced but not 100%, releasing a beta version for selected people such as content creators or experts in the area of development and programming in order to collect feedback.

It's getting very good, I recommend keeping very calm when developing and not being in a rush to release a final release.

It's getting really good, I would recommend opening a patreon to leave it open for donations for fans who want to contribute financially to the recomp, if they can donate.
