my only major health episode got me in the emergency room and then a 5 day hospital stay. The bill was 300k. My insurance covered 90% of that (thank god!) but if not then 25k deduction is not going to do much (other than bankrupt me).

I mean there was no time left after Obamacare and then Democrats lost the house in 2010 mid-term. And since Obamacare alone is like the biggest policy stuff since 1965, one could give them some slack. 😊

not entirely true because Jay Rockefeller was the other West Virginia senator until 2014. His last election in 2008 he got 64% of the vote.
