The snow is still coming down pretty hard out there so I decided to do a little lunch prep for the week (or at least for the days I have to go into the office). On the menu: turkey chili.
A steaming hot pot of turkey chili with corn, bacon, and zucchini, with some palm sugar for some sweetness.

Today was a big cooking day! Chili for work lunches, pasta sauce to freeze, and Korean soft tofu stew for a few dinners this week. The red theme was an accident but also kind of festive 😝
Korean soft tofu stew made with kimchi, some thinly sliced pork, Korean red chili flakes, and a little extra napa cabbage. Turkey chili with chunky bit of diced tomato, zucchini, and corn. It’s a little watery but that’s okay! Red pasta sauce with ground beef and carrots (my attempt at making it healthier because I also added two chunks of palm sugar for a bit more flavour!).
