Stuff I like - great music, dancing (Ceroc/SILC/Blues/Expressive), Arsenal FC, Calvin & Hobbes and modern art. Oh, and decent people.

Also on Threads.
I hope he features in your Thanksgiving thoughts for tomorrow!

I commented on your post. What I didn't mention is that I am V agnostic - it's not relevant. What is fascinating is what is motivating our team & the players individually to play like 'gods'.

Another aspect would be IF the dominance of faith in some is off-putting or distracting for others.

I noticed that. It’s almost like it’s a factor in recruitment - I’m sure it can’t be, but it’s becoming a feature of interviews.

Declan was 11/10 tonight. Imperious.

I saw them earlier today in Regents St. or rather I heard them. Bloody row they were making!

I already despise him and fear his 'policies' would take a generation for the country to overcome, but whilst financial vandalism is a massive concern, destroying our countryside and habitats is bordering on an act of war by an aggressor.

He MUST fail.

Still think it’s a relevant point though

Less The Commodores, more The Commandments??

A player receives the ball, looks up & instantly sees a teammate - & passes
the ball through the air about 40 yards. Quite impressive but not that uncommon or sensational.

So how far out does a player ‘passing’ a ball through the air into an unguarded net need to be to be counted as a ‘worldly’?

Mum died from MND. She suffered a traumatic accident with a steamer which saw her hospitalised with burns to her face. She was always convinced that was the trigger - it was around two years later that MND was diagnosed.

It’s purely anecdotal but there does seem to be some trauma correlation

Two games is a small sample size to get too excited about (albeit one was Liverpool) but I’ve seen an awful lot to like and nothing to make me doubt whatsoever. Looks a bargain.

Faultless thus far. Stronger, quick, intelligent and a good passer. Impressive.

That’s a crazy stat!

This might sound a bit stupid but Sagan is relatively new to me - his sociological thinking - if I wanted to read more, what would be the best book to start with??

Sadly reminiscent of my Mum sitting in the consultant's room whilst on the other side of the door he was telling someone that the lady he was about to see almost certainly had Motor Neurone and he needed to do last tests to confirm. He was right. She suffered agonies in waiting for confirmation.
