Asking the AI agent to stop sending me notifications to buy a product. The response is in regard to shipping and delivery of existing purchases.

Shareholders are pushing companies to let employees go, in order to have AI provide answers that make me dislike their service even more.
Using the Amazon app search bar to ask its AI agent a question about their app’s functionality. Specifically the question is in regard to configuring the app to be less annoying. The results suggest that I made a spelling error or asked too specific of a question.
