For a month, Melissa Sisk, a receptionist at North Cove Elementary School, dropped off employees of Baxter International, a nearby medical supply company. At 5:30 p.m., she drove the bus to transport workers back to their cars. For Sisk, it amounted to a workday spanning more than 14 hours.

We've all heard, "You can't give what you don't have" and "You can't pour from an empty cup." Ensuring babies are mentally healthy and resilient starts with making sure the caregivers are mentally healthy and resilient.
Child development is greatly affected by the mental health of the adults who care for them. Let's all take care of our mental health.
