@mrsbriggle.bsky.social what changed me was meeting LGBT people and seeing the human side of them. Was shocked to discover that they weren’t all that different from me or anyone else for that matter

@mrsbriggle.bsky.social I will admit that it was a long process for me to come to love and respect LGBT people. I had been told my whole life that LGBT people were subhuman and for a long time I believed it 😔 I hope that you can forgive me for my past viewpoints bc I am ashamed of it 😢
