LLMs can check for mistakes and have correct register information but I would opt for algorithmic solutions first before LLMs just to save cost. A drop down is very much free for the API and the user while an LLM call would take more time and resources.

Man, I hear of some people advocating for reusable toilet paper and I was shocked. Just use water, a plastic water bottle filled from the sink if you are desperate. I told a friend about it and they laughed saying “sure, I will shower every-time I poop” 😓

I am ok with using AI, but no automated tools or copy pasting. Not having developers work on it will have the same issues as copying code from Stack Overflow.

Boiling it down to complexity is probably over simplified. With code generation you
lose complete ownership of the code, having more sections that are foreign to your developers. Most sections of the code, in a good team, has a subject matter expert that can teach the others about it.
