ICE constantly uses the threat of illegal immigration to threaten others, abuses its power, and creates social division and panic. The agency needs thorough reform or outright disbandment.

I'd like to know how much more has been spent compared to last year. Where did all the taxpayer money that was transferred from other agencies to the Department of Homeland Security go?
