Our patient-derived organoids are the first to preserve original immune cells from human tumors, which allowed us to study patient primary T cells with single cell RNA sequencing.

Genetic risk factors affect only a few cases. Family structure and environment are far greater contributors. Data show that the risk of pediatric obesity increases 4X when one parent has obesity, but 13X when both parents have obesity. That should suggest the areas of focus, and it’s not genetics.

Considering Trump‘s cabinet picks, each of whom we see are dedicated to destruction of their own agencies, I’ve been taking bets on which one will injure and kill the largest number of Americans over time.
