Yes, one specific cinnamon roll recipe. I cut 1/3 of the required King Arthur flour with rice flour. The rice flour adds a nice springiness

The specific combo of King Arthur gf bread flour (wheat flour but de-glutened!) Aldi rice flour (to cut with KA flour as it’s expensive af), smart balance margarine and oatly milk has made baking and soulfood cooking doable again. I mean it was doable before, but it’s REALLY close to taste now 😭

YT block which permablocks youtube channels/videos from showing up combined with uBlock have made youtube a mostly usable website again
