One of the things I do for fun is woodworking and woodturning. This week I’ve been making some cutting boards. My favorite part is giving them the first good soak with oil. Have a look at this end grain board made from walnut, cherry and maple. End grain boards are easier on your knives.

1 year ago I was marching with my daughter and thousands of other teachers. It isn’t over. Funding public education in Saskatchewan continues to lag behind where it needs to be and needs to be a priority.

According to this it looks like petroleum production in Canada has gone up by more than 50% in the last 8 years. I thought I heard Trudeau was killing the oil and gas industry. 🤔🤔
