These three pieces weren’t enough to get her to the finals. Disappointed. However, there are three who did advance, that I’ve enjoyed their performances.

I sat in the audience every Cliburn until I moved from Ft Worth 26 years ago. Van was a family friend. He and his mom were both very kind people. I hosted contestants at my home. It’s been wonderful to follow this year on You Tube. Hard to believe I’ve outlived some who came and won or competed.
