Deep fried some chicken tonight. I think it looked amazing and it tasted great. Tommy thought it tasted like flour but there was seasoning in it.

I’m down to 190 today and I haven’t worn this pair of briefs in many years. Probably close to 10 years. They feel so great and I’m liking where my mind and soul is currently.

I did some BMI calculations today. At 195, I’m still considered obese. So I put it 175. Even at that weight, I’m considered overweight. I’m not considered a healthy weight until I get down to at least 158 lbs. That’s three pounds more than I was when I graduated high school.

Today was the Stone Mountain Highland Games. I was so happy to be able to hang out with my clan and meet new people. It’s supposed to be tomorrow as well, but it’s up in the air how many will go. It may rain a good bit tomorrow morning.
