FL housing market is a mess. 1/486 housing units had a foreclosure filing—5th among states. Insurance rates are through the ceiling, pricing people out of homeownership. Climate change should be a priority. But, by all means, focus State gov resources on f@#$ing rainbow colored sidewalks. SMDH.

Aiming for a low-stress weekend. Made pico yesterday, YUM. Decided to add it to some shallow pan fried cod (dusted in cumin, paprika, garlic powder and lemon pepper). Took some of the pico juice (pot liquor) and… behold, the PicoTini.
