Just this morning, I passed by it on a DASH bus about 45 min ago

Saw a decent-sized group/line of people on the sidewalk of N West St (just outside Braddock Road metro), looked they were kind of facing the Senate Federal Credit Union building.

Any idea what that is about? I saw it on my commute.
