This is actually so true its insane. Small cities in Cali are the only ones ive ever seen be progressive, every big city is faking it or not even putting up a facade. Big cities in Texas however are surprisingly more progressive than theyre made out to be though.

Thats true actually yeah, even if you do find a SUPER progressive city where everybody is chillin, the borders between cities and towns in Cali are almost always nonexistent. And you could be doing fine, and then realize youve suddenly walked into a town with a WHOLE different stance without knowing

That being said, the official political outcomes from any actual authorities there are all that same fake progressive I mentioned with Norcal. So for all intents and purposes, thats where California actually stands. Which sucks!

In my experience Socal is not progressive at all, and Norcal is like, fake progressive. But specific parts of the bay area and some eastern towns are actually super progressive. People tend to forget that Cali is bigger than the entirety of the United Kingdom. A lot of cultures meshed into one state
