Devil’s in the details on this. Not sure some in government aware combined science means nearly all students are taught all 3. If using current spec, they’re gonna need a lot more science teachers… good luck with that…😳

My biggest achievement in teaching was a student who had every life challenge thrown at her get a 3-2. She used that qualification to take the long route to a career that she adores and helps others.
Just before tomorrow begins - an important message:
Grades 1-3 are not fails. Us or Xs are. Anyone with a 1-3 HAS GOT A GCSE. And for some of those kiddos, a 1 or a 2 or 3 can be a phenomenal result that they deserve to be proud of. Let’s be a bit more responsible in our language.
