Nothing can be utopian because humans are fundamentally flawed. Something you prove with every comment. Social capitalism would be my preferred system as exploitative capitalism would be undercut by the social safety nets that prevent people from being pushed into poverty

Socialism CAN be a government controlled system but it would have to have a democratic backbone as the people would still need to to have the control for it to be socialism. If one person or government can make unilateral decisions, that’s authoritarianism
