my deadline is monday, that's when i need the cake, it's for my sisters birthday, the question is, do i have time within the next 3 days to do 1 or 2 more trial cakes

Great this time the texture is perfect, but it lacks flavour! I knew tasting the batter that the flavour was pretty mild, I should have listened to my guts and put some vanilla extract and lemon juice in it!🤦🏻

Bruh es tröpfelt noch immer auf einer Seite, hab also jetzt mein Blech unter den Gitterrost in den Ofen getan und Backpapier draufgelegt, hoffen wir mal, dass der Kuchen trotzdem gscheit bäckt...

Well es hat angefangen auf den Boden vom Ofen zu tropfen🙃 Keine Ahnung, ob das nur Kondenswasser ist (bezweifle ich stark), Fett (meine Befürchtung) oder Teig...
Hab auf jeden Fall den Kuchen kurz raus, so gut es ging darunter aufgewischt und ein Backpapier unter die Backform gelegt...
