• Retain the loyalty point system for away games. Our survey found overwhelming support for this so it’s good it continues.

• Increase the “use it or lose it” rule to encourage attendance & earlier use of ticket exchange. The club acted on our proposal.
• We asked the club to keep concessions for Young Adults, Disabled Access and Senior supporters and are pleased this is happening.

• A 19-game Premier League-only season ticket as an option. We are pleased the club listened to us and others about this. We think all ST holders should have first refusal for their seat for all games.
