They hold their value??!!

Exchanges have been hacked, but I don’t keep btc there. I use cold storage. thats offline. so access requires physical presence and the 12 words in my head. and remember:

I agree its not 100%, but im confident at the very least my bank account is more likely to get hacked than my bitcoin.

Im pretty sure Ive eliminated or at the very least dramatically decreased the likelihood of any hacks based on what I know about the cryptography used in bitcoins operations.
