Great stuff! Made my own forecast a couple hours ago, using some of the high resolution model outputs/long range models. Please excuse my sloppy handwriting 😅

Just recorded 2” on the snow board in SW Champaign!

Oh fair! Given the current forecast and model consensus, we could be in the clear.

Wednesday morning looks a little chilly but I think we will probably avoid a freeze.

Hope this morning was the last freeze of the season! Finished up my wildflower bed and planted the seeds.

Let’s hope the NAM3 isn’t right like it was 2 days ago.

Here it is, it looks tornadic to me based off the rapid onset of winds and the change of wind direction.

Guess we will be relying on morning observations to really determine CU’s severe weather potential. The difference between the HRRR and NAM are staggering.
