I always think people who say they are certain to vote suffer from a lack of imagination. There might be a natural disaster, or a plane crash. I would normally say 9/10 sure.

I’ve worked with Ofcom. If you ask their opinion on pretty much anything they decline to give it. Even pushing them to agree with something that was bleedin’ obvious was met with stonewalling.
