I've always gone with the mindset "when I'm old and grumpy(er) will I look back at this decision/branch in the road and wonder 'what if?"

I haven't started S2 yet, but your thread of thoughts kinda mirror how I felt about S1. It was...fine? Not too hard to watch but I didn't really care about anyone because we always had to get to the next action scene or location from LOTR.
