This is the 3rd of a triumvirate of papers about these 'Pfsa' variants - including Helena Hopson, Sandrine Nsango, @ellenleffler.bsky.social work on asymptomatic cases doi.org/10.1101/2025... and Andre Python's paper doi.org/10.1101/2025... on geographical variation + evolution currently on biorxiv.
