ohh! as long as you wrote it in your TOS when the image was commissioned it is ok, personally i retain the rights to use the images i draw how i see fit, but if you didnt write it then asking would be ok..

definitely a commercial use situation so if theyre making money off it, they need to pay differently than if theyre not making money off it!
