Burn them. It's unholy. No good will come if it.

Dominos is worse! Went to order one with a friend recently after not having one for a while and even with a deal it was too rich for our budget for what is essentially glorified cheese on toast.

Have you recorded an audiobook version?

I feel like some years the panel are that mate who if you say you like the band they like, they go, actually i don't like them any more.

It's an award where I struggle to get past M People won it.

Probably more sci-fi than horror, but Mica Levi's score to Under the Skin is still my favourite score of all time.

I want to see a TV series based just on this picture... Giving me a more adult Gravity Falls vibe.

This is as gutsy an opinion as my own, the final season of Umbrella Academy was not that bad.

I'm about 550 pages into Tomb of Sand. What a wonderful book!

Sadly, some of the freeze peachers probably would.

I am a superfan, but the Sleepy Hollow crossover (to promote SH) is the worst, marginally beating The Finder crossover to that title.

Betty White episodes are superb though.

I explicitly said that is not what I'm saying. Also things are already muddy. The world is complicated.

Constantly demonising and dehumanising minorities creates an atmosphere where violence towards them becomes permissible.

However, I do not think we are going to agree on this point so rather than just repeat ourselves we should leave it there.
September 15, 2025 at 5:23 PM
It's clear we disagree on a fundamental point. I think what influential people with power and reach say does have real world consequences. In an age of algorithms this is even more true.
September 15, 2025 at 5:23 PM
Saying so doesn't mean I or anyone else is saying, he deserved it. If criticism of the dead is dismissed or equivocated with 'non-serious' immoral speech we also dismiss the harm caused to people who suffered. Someone with a large platform and the ear of a president has power.
September 15, 2025 at 4:42 PM
No one was justifying or celebrating it here. The harm is not theoretical. We have our own brands of Charlie Kirk's here in the UK and this week a Sikh woman was raped as she was told to go back to where she came from. Kirk celebrated ice agents disappearing people and tearing families apart
September 15, 2025 at 4:42 PM
No-one here is saying they are equivalent. Does some of the things Charlie Kirk said lead to real violence and potential death though, yes. Being murdered does not erase that. It's precisely because they are not equivalent that it doesn't work like some moral balance sheet.
September 15, 2025 at 4:13 PM
If saying things is merely 'rhetoric' and empty of meaning or effect, why say anything at all? I also think you conflate Eric's reasonable attempt to bridge a gap with cheerleading a murder.

American Gothic
September 13, 2025 at 5:44 AM
Agreed, if you don't like inflation complain against the entire global capitalist system not one individual company. In the UK the game cost me £60 given PS2 games used to be 20-35 quid about 25 years ago 🤷🏻‍♂️. I'd buy a doc pack of more tracks
