It was so cold here today that I had to wear my workout pants instead of shorts!
Also my chest and shoulders are feeling broad and my waist small (in comparison…mind you…I’m not small at all)

Dessert tonight: pear kuchen, flavored with sugared ginger & anise, covered in pear compote flavored similarly & freshly whipped cream, with a delightfully syrupy late harvest Riesling. 🤤

In case anyone is wondering, three days in a row of a new 5-day workout program after three weeks off from the gym is… Not ideal. 😮💨

Good things resumed today:
1) New PREP is now active, so I met a fuckbud, plowed him, & then flipped onto my back. 😈
2) Went back to the gym after 3 weeks with a new five-day program and started with chest day. Still able to bench what I was doing before!
Now I’m decorated, relaxed, and happy. ☺️

It does involve 2 injections under the skin on the stomach…so it appears that having a little softness there is the ideal situation.
Take that unrealistic body expectations! My belly is better for my sexual health. 😌

Finally I am all set to get the new PrEP injectable! I have an appointment on the 31st and will be in good shape going forward. So grateful!l the insurance worked out.
I don’t think I’ll go to the appointment in my hallowe’en costume (Winnie-the-Pooh). They’re a mostly queer practice, but still… 😜🤣

My partner bought this double-headed, glow-in-the-dark Shrek dildo as a toy for our puppies and I cannot stop laughing!
Worse yet, they LOVE it! 🤣🤣🤣
It is sold at Petco, so it’s really a dog toy, but I absolutely would have bought it as a sex toy in the right shop.
