No, it’s not two arbitrary categories and it’s not a bimodal distribution, sex is abut reproductive pathway which is binary, not bimodal. It’s an activist claim because they want to believe transpeople can change sex, it’s untethered from reality.

It’s not a falsifiable claim to ‘be trans’ and gives access to all men, nor can you make it dependent on SRS and passing, because it makes rights dependent on genitalia removal, which is a human rights abuse.

It’s true that CAIS have women’s rights because they‘re registered as female at birth. It’s not remotely comparable with TW, who make a conscious decision (and have to bear the consequences), they almost always have a penis, almost always went through male puberty etc.

You didn’t falsify anything. If we can say humans are bipedal, we can also say sex is binary, they’re equivalent claims. Rare disorders don’t falsify/invalidate these claims.

It’s clear in virtually all cases, fully transitioned TWs; XY chromosomes, no uterus, no ovaries, prostate, there’d be more things but this would already be enough to make the certain determination.
