I've been wanting to make a Fabulous Beasts OC!
I looked into local myths for something fun but found our myths are mostly kind of lame.
In the end I went with a Cat-sith, mixed it with some Nekomata and added some blue highlights for the Fabulous Beasts feel to make Haco!

Traasure Town's local Buizel seems to have stumbled upon a fairly needy Dratini, though a certain Horsea doesn't seem very impressed. Her hotheaded attack has unfortunatly been taken more by the poor unknowing Dratini than the Buizel of her ire.
